Harry W. Burton counsels employers and employee benefit plan sponsors in benefit-related collective bargaining, and benefit plan operations and management. He advises plans with assets ranging from $50 million to several billion dollars. He works closely with clients, advising them in talks with labor union representatives, and in employment litigation involving US federal and state employment agencies. He also advises employers and their fiduciaries on a range of fiduciary matters, including DOJ and DOL investigations.
