Justyn Jagger represents litigation and international arbitration clients in the insurance and reinsurance, construction, energy, and oil and gas industries. Active in cross-border matters, he helps clients protect their business activities in Singapore, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. Justyn manages complex arbitrations under the rules of many of the world’s leading international arbitration centers.
Justyn has managed arbitrations under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), and the Indonesia National Board of Arbitration (BANI), as well as under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
In the insurance and reinsurance industry, Justyn regularly advises on property and casualty, all risks, machinery breakdown, liability (including directors and officers, errors and omissions, and public policies liability and professional indemnity), and the pursuit of subrogated actions. For construction industry clients, he handles engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts, design and build contracts, and professional liability actions on behalf of owners, contractors, and professional consultants. Justyn represents oil and gas industry clients in both upstream and downstream disputes, and he advises on contract drafting and regulation.

Chambers Asia-Pacific notes that clients say that “he knows how to solve, not just how to fight” (2009).
